8U - 10 AM to 11 AM

If your child can't attend tryouts, they will still be placed on a team.

If you have requested that your child move up a division, your child needs to come to try out in the division he or she is currently eligible for according to their registration age and the division they are requesting to move up to. For example, if you registered your child for 8U and have requested he/she be moved to 10U, your child needs to come to the 8U and 10U tryouts. Board members will be there to see your child try out and determine if they are ready to advance to the next division. They will be placed in the correct division, after the tryouts and prior to the draft.

***If you have a 6U player requesting to play 8U, they must come to the 8U tryouts so the board members can determine their eligibility for advancement.

***If you have a 4U child requesting to play 6U, we will notify you prior to the draft of which division he/she will play in.

Safety of our youth is our #1 priority.  As of November 1, 2022, all adults ages 18 years and older will be required to have a background check. All adults participating in a LCYLA youth program/sport who have contact with minor athletes are required to undergo a criminal background check that searches both the National Criminal Database and the National Sex Offender Registry, among other sources.
